My experience with the program was absolutely amazing. Although I have never really been interested in dieting and diet programs as I love food and tend to find that many “fad” diets out there restrict me from foods that I love, I found the complete opposite with this program. I reached out to the ladies as a good friend of mine had a very successful experience with their custom meal plan. I figured I'd try it out for 6 weeks and if it worked for me I'd continue to implement the skills I learned. The girls were so sweet and altered my meals weekly to best fit what I love.
